Return Policy

We provide warranty and service to everything we sell at the SimplyGlobo warehouse and service center. 




General return policy: (also see our warranty information)

Unsatisfied with the product: 
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with a product purchased from us, please contact us via e-mail at support@simplyglobo.com  within 14 days of the date you received  your order to receive a Return Merchant Authorization “RMA” number for a full refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned product must be in original condition and packaging, and the item must be returned to us within 30 days from the date on your purchase order

Defective / received item damaged:

If the product is defective, please contact us via e-mail at  support@simplyglobo.com within 14 days of the date you received  your order to receive a Return Merchant Authorization “RMA” number  for a free return shipping, repair, refund, or exchange.

Please send returns with “RMA” number written or label on the box:

 If you would like to return an item within 14 days order for refund or exchange:

1. Email support@simplyglobo.com
 and request a “RMA” number
2. Pay for both ways Shipping & Handling
3. Ship your order with shipping label provide by SimplyGlobo.com
4. Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers
5. Refund or exchange will be processed

If you would like to return a defective item within 14 days order for refund or exchange:
1. Email support@simplyglobo.com
 and request a “RMA” number
2. Ship your order to address above (Free Shipping)
3. Email your tracking number and date the package was shipping to support@simplyglobo.com
 with your “RMA” number on subject
4. Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers
5. Refund or exchange will be processed

If you would like to send your item for warranty work:
1. Email support@simplyglobo.com
 and request a “RMA” number
2. Pay for S&H (both ways)
3. Ship your order with shipping label provide by SimplyGlobo.com
4. We will perform warranty work 
5. Send your item back
6. Parts and labor charge may apply depending on cases

If you would like to return an item over 14 days (but within 30 days) order for exchange or refund: 

1. Email support@simplyglobo.com for an “RMA” number
2. Pay for both ways Shipping & Handling 
3. Ship your order with shipping label provide by SimplyGlobo.com
4. Once your item is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers
5. Exchange or Refund will be processed (15% restocking fee will apply)

NOTE: No refunds or returns are accepted after 30 days! We honor all limited warranties as stated by each product. Any warranty repairs or replacements will be determined on a case by case basis and will likely incur a service charge to be agreed upon by you.
