This is an excellent, excellent, excellent product! There is one minor issue - the Bin Full will activate when the bin is not actually full. We called customer service - and by the way, they were very nice. This seems to be caused by two very tiny bulbs under the shredder head that get the paper dust on them. Just clean them with a paper towel, and it's fixed. She advised to cover them with electrical tape - but I was concerned that it would cause the shredder to become TOO full and back up into the shredder. I would, after all this, highly recommend this product. (Posted on 6/26/12)
